Just what?
Leave at door order, had address numbers and apartment in the drop off picture. Dude calls me 10 mins after I dropped off the order, smacking loud af. "Hey ah I never got smack smack smack my food. Go back and forth with dude for 15 mins saying refer to the drop off picture, I left it at the address you provided. Any other issues will be handled by doordash support. He's cursing me out and carrying on taking constant pauses to stuff his face.
Get a call an hour and half later, figured he want to finish his free food uninterrupted, but it's DD support "your customer is on the other line and never got his food" "sir if you play back the call he made to me you can clearly hear him go through the bag pull boxes out pop a tab and start eating, you can also see in the delivery photo the house numbers and apartment numbers" "no your customer never got his food will you go back and retrieve the order and bring it to the right location" and just more of that back and forth till they hung up on me and I got this. And suddenly couldn't get a order over $6 for the rest of the day.
I've gotten these before when they were at least plausible, but this customer was straight up lying and scamming. I had address and apartment numbers in my picture and the customer loud as day eating the food he "didn't get" . Why require us to take pictures an do so much extra when a customer can claim whatever and be giving the benefit of the doubt.
